last night i was enjoying drinking a green tea frappuchino that ellen had just bought while chris and meg were equally enjoying themselves in the back seat chatting about various things. we were all very excited for the mallow and caramel corn we had just bought and the new season of curb your enthusiasm we were about to watch and had been hyping up all day. i was driving ellen's car and out of the blue hit the car in front of us at 40 mph! the air bags deployed and we breathed in their weird taste. the accident seems very exciting to think about now, knowing that no one was seriously hurt, though we all have minor aches and pains. the police officer didn't even give tickets! ellen kept saying how it was a great accident, though her car did get towed. but my point in writing all of this is to say how cool and calm and great chris and meg and ellen were. they were ideal people to get into an accident with as they all maintained very great composure. i think i was worrying the most being that i was driving. ellen says "you can't help it!" and chris and meg were very understanding. i am reminded of hearing about morgan when he once was in a pretty serious accident. after the car had stopped morgan was seemingly unconscious to the other people in the car. but seconds later when they talked to him he opened his eyes and told them he had only been pretending! it is admirable that he kept a good and positive attitude during a tumultous event.
