if i could chose one way to die and make sure it was instantaneous, i would want it to be by jumping off an overpass onto the freeway, right into the front grill of a speeding semi.

there is a documenary called the bridge where they filmed 24 people over the span of a year jumping off the golden gate bridge. some of them survived but most died. it is quite an eerie, but very powerful, film.
