sometimes i think i will have writen a really good song. i will play it and sing it and think "this is the exact emotion that i want to be conveyed to others. this is how i feel." then i will stop playing and will listen to a song someone else has writen and think "wait! that is the emotion i want to convey, not what i was trying!"
