today i have received 4 messages that i wasn't supposed to look at but i did. it is so hard to have them sitting there without reading it (for those of you who don't know i can't text for a full week). any form of addiction is hard to give up. the hardest part are always those first few times where you are tempted to give in. if you resist those times you are usually able to overcome the addiction (at least this has been my experience).

love is also a form of addiction i have found recently (love being used very loosely, entailing relationships etc.). it is very hard to give up something that was once such a part of your life. i know this is basic, but something that is hard to grasp when in those heated moments.
