yesterday truly was fun, hanging out with old friends that never hang out any more (for various reasons, a lot live far away!). but it felt good to be with old friends, all of which have been friends for a long time, laughing, sharing in jokes, sharing in warmth and the love of the christmas season. i know chris enjoyed it a lot, and to express his sentiment, it was nice to hang out with older provo kids (older being not by age but from a long time ago, but not as long as mike kelly). there was a feeling of unbreakability, that for those moments we were together anything could be accomplished.

it made me sad but also look forward to not seeing people i love for awhile, only to next see them in a similiar situation, all hanging out and enjoying each other's company.

something that was nice about it as well was that i felt like i could say any joke ever! at one point i even sung "i hope i get cocoa puffs tonight" to the tune of angels we have heard on high. right now it is sounding pretty stupid, but last night i felt like it was the best joke of all time. and it got some laughs! it was nice, that feeling of union and comradiery. anybody could have said anything and we would have accepted it, cause we were all close friends. i really felt that everyone there cared for me in a deep way, even though some i don't talk to that much. but i felt that no matter what i have done, they would be there and will be there for me when i need them. true, loving friends. this is what i wish to be to them. this is what christmas time is all about!~!!@#@!@#$@!#
