i think everybody would be nicer and more compassionate and more understanding if they just sat and listened when others talk. too much confusion and hatred happen because of their abscense, and it is really starting to give me a headache. but i can't say too much, for i am still learning how to do these things. but as with everything, acknowledging something is the first step.

speaking of headaches, a joke my sister and i have always done is as follows: "i have a headache this big (showing how big it is with our arms outstretched), and when i look at you it gets even bigger." i think it was from a commercial.
