ruth! i love your music so much right now! your cd is so good and warm.

today i saw the departed. i saw it on saturday night too, but don't remember any of it. but i saw it again today, and i was really excited afterwards. just a really well executed story. and i am not generally surprised by movies anymore, like they are all so formulaic. that doesn't mean i don't like them, i am just not surprised by movies. but the end to the departed just kept getting better and better. plus, any gangsta movie i am in love with (at first sight).

being at home is hard but good. problems have shifted to other areas that were not really problems. but overall i am pretty happy, and getting happier. i do really miss LA though. it is weird, cause i miss it more then utah. lke i feel that is where "home" is to me. i am excited to move back in a few months to sleep in the streets, and to feel the breath of loved ones on my FACE and NECK. i am excited to see jesse again and to once again live among friends. not to say that i don't miss my friends in utah, i do. but i don't think i will move back there again, it no longer has a pull on me (though somewhat).
