people know what they know only because they have experienced it. when a situation arises where nobody knows how to act, they must form new opinions and beliefs on how to deal with it.

when a 20 year old says they know what love is, they very much know (i believe this). but it is different from the love a 35 year old feels, or a 60 year old feels. how can anyone tell anybody what love is, when it is so different for everybody? how can anybody be so confident as to tell someone else "this is love...if you don't feel it like this, then you never will." it is because of this that problems arise, that people who think they know what love is to tell others "never settle," that "you will only know love if you feel it like this." everybody is already trying to figure out life, it doesn't help that others are telling them how to live it.
