starting last monday, the 26th of may, mercury has been in retrograde. whatever that means i'll never really know (unless i check wikipedia), but according to friends and strangers mercury in retrograde means this:

shit's gonna be wack for ten weeks.

i was thinking about this today and determined that even if i believe in them, i don't want stars to dictate my life. but then i thought hey, when you've had a crazy week like i've had, you can't help but believe michael lutin when he says:
